Your Role as a Salesforce Automation Engineer
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of modernizing how we test and deliver Salesforce solutions, ensuring every integration and feature performs flawlessly across complex digital ecosystems.
What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Behave, Cucumber, Python, and other tools.
- Conduct integration testing across frontend, backend, and external systems like OKTA, Oracle, and Worldpay.
- Create detailed test plans and cases aligned with project goals and technical requirements.
- Perform regression, performance, and load testing to ensure application stability.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Track and document defects, collaborating with developers for quick resolution.
- Maintain thorough test documentation including plans, cases, and results.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
What You Bring to the Role
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM and web application testing, both manual and automated.
- Strong expertise with BDD frameworks like Behave or comparable tools.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Python, and integration into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Proven ability to test React applications at component and end-to-end levels.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Experience testing Java backend services, including API and integration testing.
- Meticulous attention to quality and software delivery excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a must.
